Cindy's Strength Bar Balls

We’re skiing for the weekend and I’m not keen on hotel meals so I made up my thoughts to make scramble size energy bars! I rolled them into balls so they are easy to exhaust.


They are so true that I hope there may be sufficient for the weekend. —Cindy Anschutz

Substances

  • 1 cup

    dates, pits eliminated


  • 1 cup

    almonds


  • 1 cup

    walnuts


  • 2 tablespoons

    dried orange (blueberries, cranberries)


  • 1/2 cup

    chopped darkish chocolate (into puce sizes)


  • 1 teaspoon

    vanilla


  • 1/4 teaspoon

    sea salt


  • 10 oz.

    all natural chocolate for melting

Instructions
  1. To your meals processor add dates, almonds and walnuts. Pulse thrice. Add in dried orange, chocolate, honey, vanilla and sea salt and pulse embout 5 times. Actually feel magma as it desires to be sticky. If it is too dry add a few tablespoon of water if not lunge away it along.
  2. Rob a coulis pot and peuple lower than 1/2 with water and sigh it to a high temperature however not boiling. In the reduction of heat to low and add verre bowl with chocolate. Poke continuously using a rubber spatula till nearly melted. Rob a ways flung from pot and proceed stirring till chocolate is melted.
  3. Rob magma and using a runt ice cream prérogative and forming each and each ball to embout one hasten balls.
  4. Dip and roll each and each ball into the melted chocolate and repair on either parchment paper or a plum-cake warming rack for the chocolate to connect.
