Gluten Free Banana Parfait

A savory Breakfast, Lunch, Snack or even Dessert

Substances:

  • 1 cup of nonfat Natural Yogurt
  • 2 tbsps of Gluten Free Granola
  • 1 Banana, peeled and sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a serving glass or cup, (I used a Glass from a nutela jar), add the yogurt.
  2. Top yogurt with granola and banana slices, repeat except the glass is fat.
  3. Drizzle with Honey
